What we collect
- At signup: your name, mobile number, email, business name, type and city.
- While you use CoreERP: the business data you and your staff enter, and basic usage records (sign-ins, device, IP address) to keep accounts safe.
How we use it
- To run your account, send you sign-in, trial and billing emails, and give support.
- To stop abuse (for example, one free trial per mobile number).
- We do not sell your data or your customers' data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- Your staff, according to the roles you give them.
- Our support team, only when needed to help you or fix a problem.
- Service providers we use to host and email (servers and email delivery), only to run CoreERP.
- Authorities, only when Pakistani law requires it.
Keeping it safe
Each company's data is kept separate, connections are encrypted, and passwords are stored hashed. Backups are kept for disaster recovery.
Your choices
- Download all your data any time from Settings → Import & export.
- Ask us to close the account and delete its data through Support chat.
