Terms of use

These terms are between you (the business that signs up) and CoreLogic Solutions, Lahore, Pakistan, who runs CoreERP.
Free trial
- Every business gets one free 14-day trial. One trial per mobile number and email.
- After the trial the account becomes read-only until you choose a paid plan. You can still see and export your data.
- If no plan is chosen, we may delete the account and its data 30 days after the trial ends. We email you before that.
Paid plans
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown before you pay. Payment is by bank transfer or mobile wallet.
- A plan is active for the period you paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded for unused time unless we agree in writing.
Your data
- The data you enter (products, sales, customers, staff, accounts) belongs to you. You can download all of it at any time from Settings → Import & export.
- You are responsible for what you enter, for your staff logins and PINs, and for following tax and other laws that apply to your business.
Fair use
- Do not use CoreERP for anything illegal, to send spam, or to try to break into other accounts or our systems.
- We may suspend an account that does this, or that puts other customers at risk.
Service
- We work to keep CoreERP running and backed up, and we tell you in the app before planned maintenance.
- We are not liable for indirect losses (lost profit, lost business) from downtime or mistakes, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms; we tell you in the app when we do. Questions: use Support chat in the app, or email us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; courts in Lahore have jurisdiction.
